The property we are looking to acquire is in Central New Mexico...It is a place that is anchored in Unconditional Love...a space where all honor the physical land...where all is created in balance and harmony with the natural beauty and elementals...
The land we seek to create with is a place for play, healing, respite, teaching, growing, personal expansion, laughter and love.
This is the unfolding of an anchored space that will nurture the innate gifts and abilities of all who live
and visit.
In present time, we welcome those who would like to co-create this vision with us and bring to life a dream that has been alive in the heart of humanity for as long as we have been here.
We are seeking funding to continue to expand our public awareness programs (Billboards for Peace, internet hub & publications). We welcome the possibilities for co-creation.

Our Community Will House:
Housing, Guest & Retreat Accommodations:
Respite and comfort are the focal point for all accommodations that will be provided while offering hot springs and a full compliment of healing modalities to all of our guests.
Teaching & Training Center:
These facilities will be established for the purpose of 'teaching the teachers' necessary tools to spread universal truth and wisdom across the planet as together, we assist all to go within to strengthen their own sense of value and purpose.
Seminars, classes, workshops and individual counseling will be provided to provide practical application of the tools and wisdom.
Center for Creative Arts:
An open creative space where all can come together, freely expressing themselves through all mediums of art. The focus of our creative arts classes is to teach others that play is a key ingredient in the Joy of Expressing.
Performance Arts Center:
This facility will specifically provide space for music and dance - the expression of our cultures and ancestry - as well as utilizing available technology to teach globally via satellite and Internet.
Radio/TV/Production/Recording Studio:
Reaching mainstream humanity is a main priority in our collective mission as we spread the message of peace and the tools to achieve this reality.
The tools of radio, television and music production will be used to touch the lives of those we may never physically interact with as a means to empower the universal message we share.
Spiritual Science Center/R&D:
Blending the physical sciences with metaphysics to draw forward new technologies that will serve the highest purpose for humanity and the planet as we continue our journey of evolution.
Peace Center:
A grounded, neutral space that will allow people and nations to come together, resolving the old wounds and current conflicts, thus empowering new choices ot be made in present time.
Upon completion of this facility, we will initiate relations and collaboration with THE CARTER CENTER to further substantiate the message that WORLD PEACE & HARMONY BEGINS WITH ONE PERSON...YOU!!
