This branch of the organization promotes and nurtures individual and collective curiosity to acquire information and explore new frontiers of understanding. The focus is the integration and assimilation of new information that can be applied to projects and that open the doorways to new possibilities. Wisdom and education are closely linked to “Creative Expression".
CO-CREATIVE SPACE
Operations
Operations represents the physical space that houses the operations of the organzition. It is the place of doing, creating, managing and receiving. It may expand to many 'locations', be pernanent or itinerant. It always reflects the mission, vision and standards of the organization.
EXPANSION
Spiritual Integration
The conscious connection to Spiritual principles and beliefs is integral to maintaining the focus and integrity of any organization. Expansion offers energetic and spiritual application of tools that grow the organization and expand the flow of creativity and abundance. All in the organization are invited and encouraged to participate in meditation, discussion and integration on a daily basis.
INTEGRATION
Management & Communication Systems
Working with all aspects of the organization, the focus of Integration is to provide consistent systems for communication that keep all aspects of the organization informed as well as to provide avenues for feedback and reporting that are consistent with an open, free-flowing model.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION
R&D, Art, Spiritual Science
As all are encouraged to explore their creative gifts, this aspect of the organization is encourages
all to integrate spiritual truths and scientific research. The
R & D might explore alternative energy sources, working with the plant and animal kingdoms and exploring our own interconnectedness to ALL from both a physical and spiritual perspective.
MARKETING
Sending Out the Message
This arm of the organization will promote and disseminate information that supports the expansion of the organization, its projects and products and its member contributions.
HARMONY
People and Issues
The ‘Ombudsman’ branch of the organization will offer a neutral, non-judgmental space for all members of the collective to receive guidance, counseling and encouragement. The commitment of the organization is to support ALL through their growth and expansion with allowance and compassion. It is the doorwary for people to enter and leave the organziation.

The Co-Creative Model provides an umbrella to fund, promote and support individual projects and exploration while maintaining communication, sharing resources and assuring the financial expansion and stability of the organization as a whole.
At the Heart of the organization is the Harmony Council. This collective body represents all aspects of the organization in its decisions, brainstorming and recommendations. Its commitment is to maintain Heart Resonance in all its interactions and provide a continuous flow of communication to all branches of
the organizations.

The Co-Creative Model is based in a non-hierarchical structure and can be applied to any business, organization or group. It is a template for operation, organization and productivity. It is intended to reinforce the importance of all aspects of the organization and its members working together with shared vision and purpose.
The foundation of the Model is the Heart where the Spirit of ALL is acknowledged and where spiritual intention is integrated into the physical. Harmony and Unity are the focus of all interactions.
This model can be used as a guide to initiate change and transition as well as provide a mind-set that is heart-centered. All aspects of the organization are connected; all acknowledge and see the purpose they serve in relationship to the whole, just as each individual sees individual and collective purpose in what they do. No one person, function is more important than another.
