Dances of the Heart
For children of all ages
Dances of the Heart is an educational program based around a series of of stories for young school age children. The program incorporates storytelling, creative expression and play with practical tools to deal with daily challenges around family, friendships and coming to terms with conflict. The stories build and reinforce the positive qualities of Love, Compassion and innate goodness.
Suggestions and guidelines for music, art and creative play are outlined. This experiential approach assists to reinforce the tools presented in the stories and the belief that we have the ability to make positive choices in all our interactions. Using available technology, a goal of the program is to have the children embellish, draw and add their own interpretations to the stories so that these can be incorporated into the stories and returned to the young illustrators and authors.

Rockwoman Adventures Leave the indoors behind and come on a journey through nature. Connect with the rocks, trees, and other parts of nature in this interactive classroom as you experience the beauty of the New Mexican landscape, "The Land of Enchantment".
This experiential adventure offers something new-- the opportunity to be guided and connected with high energy areas (vortices), the rocks, and the water to experience a deeper peace and connection to the Earth.
Expect to spend 1/2 or a full day outside. Your adventure will be tailored to your needs by using meditation, music and reflection in this nature outing. Various venues around Albuquerque, New Mexico and the surrounding mountains and rivers can be chosen from to create this expansive and unique experience.
